My bodyclock is shot to pieces. Don't think I'm even on a 24 hour day anymore!

I had food poisoning Weds, then slept for 12 hours last night so can't get to kip

 

food poisoning is bad, off to the toilet every 10mins

I got it once from a re-heated chinese. I was 8 miles from home at a mates house doing up the rally car when it hit. Took ages to drive home, stopping every 5 mins and diving onto the beach to hurl my guts and worse

 

but not if you're capricorn like me!!

 

It's cleared out some calorie room for tomorrow's lager so silver lining and all of that.

 

I've always thought they should invent adult nappies for moments like that.

 

I think its the re heated rice on a chinese that does that to you

 

I've learned my lesson - Forget about all food hygiene and become immune to everything. Its worked so far
