I got it once from a re-heated chinese. I was 8 miles from home at a mates house doing up the rally car when it hit. Took ages to drive home, stopping every 5 mins and diving onto the beach to hurl my guts and worse
It's cleared out some calorie room for tomorrow's lager so silver lining and all of that.
I've always thought they should invent adult nappies for moments like that.
