Well he bought Hull City and the FA have the final say over wether he can change the name , so he can't actually do whatever he wants

Why should we stop going to support our team which is still Hull City ? That doesn't make sense

Well wait to hear what happens then sir, i'm pretty sure that the F.A. won't reject it, i'm not sure on what grounds they can. But fingers crossed eh.

I'll have to bother to learn those abbreviations at some point you FSOOAT.

If PLW is Premier league........ I will have to disagree, read first post. I'd watch HULL in any league at any time against any opposition, have done and will always do. Would I prefer the team to be more successful then not, sure. if that makes me a PLW then I'm sure 99.9% of every hull fan across the world is whatever that is.

Don't bring Superleague into it.

This is a HCFC forum.

Unfortunately, I don't know all of Sally's relatives so I'm unable to clarify.

I think I can though, say with quite some certainty, the employers of her relatives were not the motivation for her call.

Now you have my attention OLM.How do you know this with quite some certainty
No wiggle room here I am afraid

I listened to it.
You seem very sure just by listening to her.Sure you do not know her?You do seem to be very sure of her reasons .I can never tell by listening on the radio if they are actually speaking for themselves or if they have a hidden agenda
I know it sounds preposterous but I once heard the suggestion that organisations try and "plant" convincing callers on radio shows.Hard to believe isn"t it OLM?

Nothing wrong with the singing and chanting, no one had any say against that. Both sides do that, even though CTWD seem to have tried to high jack some chants as a sign of support. Some complaints about the banner waving. The ones who think they'll get there faces on TV by charging down the steps in the East Stand and blocking the view of people who have paid just to watch football.
It was suggested that these people would be better served going on the Jeremy Kyle Show. :emoticon-0116-evilg

You mean some people walked up and down with a banner for a few minutes and spoiled the view. They walked past me and obscured my view for a few seconds, they were applauded by the crowd. It happened in one game. I have sat in the east stand every game since and have seen absolutely nothing to spoil my view and heard nothing that upset me or ruined my day for me.

Isn't Pearson Park that place where there is nocturnal puff activity?

What a coincidence.

I think there is sexual activity in many public parks Stewey. You do seem particularly interested in one area of it..You know you will feel better when it is in the open

I am wondering just how many of these 'hooligans' will boycott Hull TIGERS games next season.

I really hope all the ungrateful ones stop gong and leave us to have fun."Premier League we"re avin a laff!!!!!!!!!!!"

Was the person interviewed related to people on the council?Does anyone know?Did they make it clear before being broadcast?
If the person was it will greatly damage the credibility of one side of the name change debate

I presume you are referring to the caller Sally. I have no idea if she is related to anyone on the council but if she is then so bloody what. Why would it damage the credibility of the name change debate. She can have whatever opinion she wants, it isn't as if the Council have been backing CTWD in any way. Maybe I am wrong but I cannot remember the Council ever expressing an opinion on it though I am sure someone will correct me on that one. She was speaking from the heart, simple as that.

Don't rise to him, he's a pest. I'm almost disappointed in myself for reacting, don't sink to my level.
