Looks like the plane wreckage has been found on a personal view you have all been a credit to the game in the way you have acted in these dreadful circumstances. Respect to you all

This sums up agents in my view what parasites! I still don't understand why he was allowed to sort out his own travel arrangements rather than the club insist on their travel plans. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Simon Jordan was talking about this the other day. Said outside the club the players normally would sort their own arrangements. Whether themselves or their agent.

Well I have to say that I am glad this young man has been found, and arrangements can be made to grieve properly. Very very sad, but I suspect the Poops will hit the fan, and we are in for months of torment and anguish! God bless him! I wonder how good he could have been for us, I don’t hear too much about that! I think he would have stepped up to the challenge, seemed excited and ambitious! :emoticon-0103-cool:

Devastating news. At least everyone involved can grieve properly and finally have some closure.

Unfortunately I don't think Mr Ibbotson will ever be found. I hope his family can get through this. Also ridiculously devastating!

It was always going to be complicated. Multiple potential guilty persons and multiple insurance companies all trying to avoid liability.

Read that earlier, but didn't quite know what to make of it.
Not quite sure what the rules are and what the FAs authority is. It sounds as if there has to be a 3 way agreement. Is the contract not binding unless the FA agree?
Odd.

But, if it was always going to be complicated, why didn't the football world mourn for Nantes, and Sala's family. Too much time watching Warnock crying over a player your club are now saying wasn't even legally theirs.
That leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
At the end of the day, sentiments aside, this is a business ie financial matter.
It’s complicated. Leave it to those dealing with it rather than come on here sniping.

He was only that plane to play for you!

Shame on Cardiff City. Showing their true colours. What a scummy horrible club.

I dont think Cardiff have a leg to stand on quite frankly as he had signed a contract and was paraded with the shirt. It was an unfortunate incident and a very sad one but i cant see anyway out of not paying, Unless Cardiff have found a loophole that they are banking on........It will be interesting to see how this progresses as it leaves a bad taste in the mouths of fans and even some Cardiff fans as well....
