Will be f*cking criminal if Dibling doesn't start against Utd.

You are correct, the lesser spotted sicknote is in training……be injured again by Saturday, probably.

Out of interest, who would he replace for you?

Would you have him in AA spot, or deeper?

Yeah I was hoping for this, although I actually think he will keep TD on the bench and change out Aribo/Smallbone first, AA will start imo. Not that I agree with that, just dont think he will change him out just yet.

I'd actually argue Aribo has looked more effective than AA/WS in the games so far, not that Id keep him in the starting 11.

Nobody wants to do it <laugh>

Maybe we should have a single match thread for all games to spare shaming 35 different people.

We don't really know what his best position will be until we start playing him. Against Utd I'd play him instead of AA. I want to see him alongside Lallana if possible. Think those two would really complement each other.

Dibling looked very impressive on the right, at Brentford, but he has also looked impressive when playing more central.
His ability to find space in a crowded midfield is very good, as is his willingness to turn and run the ball through the middle. Oh, and he has a great eye for a pass.
I think I see him more as a central midfielder than a wide player but happy to see him wide if it gets him more game time.

How long has TD left on his contract? There seems to be a lot of noise about him over the Web.

Isn't it 2026 with a club option for a further year? Effectively makes it 2027 I guess.

Either way, it should be absolute priority to give him a new contract.

Not exactly surprising news but RM confirmed to the written press that Gavin Bazunu has been left out of our PL squad submission. We had one too many players over the age of 21 and given his injury, Bazunu was the obvious candidate to be left out. Squad can be resubmitted at end of January

I've said before that I could see him playing the Stuey role of an 8/10 with his direct running from deep. A lot of the goals and assists I've seen from him have come more centrally. I guess that has to be balanced with more defensive minded midfielders.
