Idea for a TV Show; Moussa Djenepo tours his home country, we’ll call it “Mali & Me”. I don’t have any points of reference under 10 years old.
https://www.eastleighfc.com/new-partnership-confirmed/ Saints have a new partnership with Eastleigh AFC so that Southampton women will play some of their games at Silverlake.
Saints new signing Djenepo currently starring on Eurosport 2 in Afcon. First few touches looked decent. He looks confident and lively.
Hé is seriously quick, very direct and skips by defenders with easy. Playing left wing but right footed and not frightened to have a shot Tracks back and doesn’t mind putting his boot in The Mali centre forward (Porto) looks pretty decent too
No one mentioned the highlight of the match: when Adama Traore replaced Adama Traore. It's probably for the best that Adama Traore is holding out hope for a Spain call-up and has chosen not to play for Mali, or it could get really confusing.
Hé will certainly need a bit of coaching on his tackling technique but that can be said about virtually everyone on the pitch last night...ouch!
https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/1...ton-player-nicky-banger-rolls-back-the-years/ Must have missed this...Nicky Banger talks about role of improving the connection between fans and the club. Event to raise money for charity. Like the bit at the bottom where it is revealed Leon Crouch paid for two ex-players to travel to the event where otherwise they wouldn't have been able to make it. Once a Saint....
I was at the event. The Knights foundation aims to raise money for a holiday lodge to enable disabled kids a break and the ability to mingle with "more able" children. Bloody good night, raised loads of money and had a laugh. Keegan was the highlight for personality and humour alone, Matty took more of a back seat for once but was still great fun. Bit of info i was told, I heard Keegan was staying at Lawrie Mcmenemy's place while here, Lawrie kicked off as his appearance fee was lower than Keegan's. He felt it should have been higher as "he was the gaffer". I'm also told that Keegan usually donates his fee back to the charity anyway which is a nice touch.
Vaguely interesting watching the players Instagram stories whilst they’re on their summer holidays. Majority are vids of where they are and food (along with Lemina singing in his car). Redmond however is training, training, training.
I've always enjoyed Yoshida's this time of year. Stalked him long enough I know his routine . He's already done his annual time training with youngsters at his old academy. Then he always does buisness stuff with sponsors. Followed by his actual holiday and then back to training. Today he posted a video of him running while tied to and dragging some equipment, followed by his very young daughter copying him running while dragging it and Yoshida
