I see I see from the Saints website that the players award diner has happened, did I miss something? Was it not televised on line like previous years? We're the public invited to attend? It passed without any publicity as has been the case in previous years
 
This is quite interesting: Sky have calculated the average league position of every club that has spent at least 10 seasons in the four top divisions over the last 50 years. Saints’ average position is 17th, which is 11th best of all, and one could argue that as we actually finished 17th this season, we neither overachieved nor underachieved.

The biggest overachievers this season were Bournemouth, who finished 44 places above their average rank of 56th. Portsmouth, on the other hand, finished in 52nd place, 12 below their average of 40th.
