I'm all for having my views challenged. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I just do not get why you care how good or bad any saints player is when you have a whole squad of your own to worry about
His weaknesses are largely reflected in his mentality. He's the very definition of erratic, and exceptionally prone to rash judgements, which is weirdly a feature with Polish goalkeepers. Wojciech Szczęsny, for example, makes absolutely ridiculous decisions. Like I say, I know what I like in my keepers, and I don't appreciate Boruc as much as others. My personal favourites in the league, given Courtois hasn't had a go yet, are Lloris (he makes very few errors considering he's practically a sweeper keeper) and Mignolet. The latter because he's got sensational technique, although he had a tough time last year as Liverpool's defence would essentially **** off and join the attack. Lovren should solve that problem! I don't regard that as inflammatory. The fact you want to take it as such is your own business. I'm more than willing to hear why I'm wrong, but to simply told I'm a troll for having a different opinion, which is exactly what's happened, doesn't reflect poorly on me, sir
Why wait on certain deals to be completed when we can work on several and get them done as they happen? Forster is a good signing and a good value IMO. Rises to £10million so may not even be that high. Worth noting we would have budgeted for transfers previous to our summer sales, but not sure whether that is irrelevant giving the amount we received.

I can't say for sure that I watch more Southampton games than you however, I can definitely say you don't watch more Southampton games than me If you watch all the league & cup games plus a few U21s and friendlies then yes you watch as many Southampton games. However if you do watch all the Southampton games, when the **** do you watch your own team??? As for multi board yes it is but every time you come on here you do so with the intent to troll and annoy people which will eventually get you off the Southampton board.

And I'll take a keeper that makes occasionally horrible decisions -- and they were genuinely occasional, a handful per year -- while being among the very best in the game in snuffing out opportunities. Boruc makes a tonne of saves in exceedingly difficult situations look easy, because he gets off his line to close down angles as well as anyone, and had to do so rather frequently given the high line we played last year. The end product often looks like a middling highlight, but for a great many keepers the highlight ultimately would have ended with them picking the ball out of the back of the next. The inflammatory bit is where you kindly explained that none of us knew what we were talking about, because there is a Youtube video that shows him making mistakes, and you know better than us because we're in an echo chamber (something that also fails to take into account that there's hardly unified opinion about Boruc here...or anything else, for that matter). So, in conclusion, please to be ****ing along now.
I've never said Krul was one of the best keepers In fact, if you look through my posting history, you'll see I'm in the 50% of Newcastle fans that think he's not actually all that. His distribution is poor, he's not the best shot-stopper unless shots are straight at him or poorly struck (he's big), and he's fairly poor when one-on-one. Like I said, though, I think he's the best in the league at collecting crosses when he's on form. It's actually breath-taking. Awful puncher though. One thing about save stats. If Joe Hart saves 70% of 20 shots on target in 31 games, will he have less clean sheets than Mannone who saves 78% of 90 shots on target in 29? Does having a higher PERCENTAGE actually mean much? No. Because an unstoppable shot is unstoppable no matter who is in goal. If you get more unstoppable shots, you look worse than someone have tame efforts straight at them. I think it's ridiculously unfair for people to be suggesting Boruc was the sole reason for many outstanding defensive displays. I can give you about fifty million reasons why that isn't the case That's why I think Poch will be a good fit at Spurs. He's got clever tactical systems which involve defending properly, although everyone else always gives the attacking exploits of Southampton all the plaudits, and Spurs have always been leaky against the top clubs, so it should be a good fit.

Lloris is the best in the business for quick off his line and is an all around tidy player. With Boruc it seems more like you can actually physically see him think, "ahhh f*** it" before he runs off after the striker Look, I'm a harsh judge of goalies, because that's the position I played. It's maybe unfair saying he's ****e, but I mean that relatively speaking. A premier league goalie is a premier league goalie. They're not going to be awful players.
