Ah man have a word with yourself. Absolute bunch of precious fannies
Sorry, but you're not helping yourself here. Just make friends and play nice.
There's far too much social media sh@t and animosity being thrown about recently for no reason.
I don't personally know Smug, Wheatsheaf, MadBob, Prehab, Deodorant etc, but I respect their opinion massively. They've kept me going through difficult times recently and I hope I meet them at some point to say thanks for keeping me grounded.
Sunderland AFC means so much to me and my family and promotion has lifted spirits so much.
I know social media is an easy 'release' for keyboard 'people', but being nasty to well meaning people doesn't help any of us.
Apologies for the rant.:emoticon-0111-blush

Bob that's so kind mate. I did 2 years in north Wales as a 'green as grass' young mackem living in a pub so make sure you enjoy it.
It's the little things that keep so many of us ticking over.
I got married in Dumfries 19 years ago, just me the missus and my 2 month old son. Im adamant we visit the area at least once a year now but Sunderland is always home.

We're looking after the Cumloden Estate for the Earl of Galloway mate.

It's near Newton Stewart and an hour from Dumfries. There's only us and a few tenanted cottages so please feel free to call in any time ...

... the Earl lives in Texas so you'd be welcome to stay the night if he's away.

Smug that's amazing mate! The area always blows me away. We often stay near Wigtown and the best bay/beach ever is at Rigbay near Garlieston. We've stayed at Galloway House stables but the main house needs so much work. Me and the missus are definitely retiring there in the next 5-10 year.

Sure someone mentioned that KLD has the option to take the tossas shares at a previously agreed price, Im sure that tomorrow was the deadline for that. I was in a bit of a drunken stupor for the entire jubilee weekend so probably dreamt it…. Am I right or wrong ?

Some of our grandchildren are coming in August so we're looking for beaches. I've just done a search for Rigbay and it doesn't come up, is there a landmark.

I dont know when the deadline was, but I think since it was agreed KLD has realised that due diligence doesnt uncover everything and has since realised how much they were not paying towards, as an example, the pitch, maintenance of the stadium. I am just guessing this, but I am also guessing there is a lot more. Add that to the fact they still cling onto a valuation which builds in the clubs Parachute payments??? I hope he bankrupts the 2 of them
