If I knew for definite I wouldn't have added the bit in brackets.
It's a belief, not a fact.
It's not pure guesswork as that's how things can be arranged in some cases.
I'd have to check, or perhaps you could do it yourself as it's obviously a big deal to you ...

No mate sorry I wish it was, from what I have been told from an agent one of the pair are a pair of commodities broker from the city of London, they have been around a champ club before.
I honestly do not know anymore.
It would suggest they are finance men, who fund capital investment.

I guess you mean nobody in the business has leaked anything to outsiders. It's just not realistic for any party to invest millions of pounds in a business venture without due diligence, and for that access would be needed, and can only be provided by company accountants / directors or other officials.
All of which is normally kept discreet until the conclusion of the process.

personally, i am enjoying the little 'tit bits' we are getting and also enjoying the Q&A on the board right now although i am sticking with my normal course of action and waiting patiently for official news.
the lads told us a few weeks ago now that something was stirring at ownership level that meant the end of them two, it then became common knowledge that they wanted out (some will argue this was the other way round but whatever) now we have yet another silly applicant that does not stand a chance, leaked by some feckwit simply to cause panic and/or to try to force another party to increase an offer.
i know feck all about ITK but i did mention a good while ago that i thought KLD will have his price and will stick to it, this is now looking like fact and i said at the time that the best thing them two can do is take the offer and go, i still feel the same and i still feel it will be the outcome...i mean this is all my own thoughts and i could be a long way off the mark as no one except the parties involved know what it written into any agreements, i just think KLD and his advisors are leagues away from them two and know exactly how to play their hand.

You’re close with Charlie, so obviously you see his side of the coin, how do you genuinely see this playing out? The financials increasing by going up surely means there has to be a conclusion in the next 6/7 weeks

Assuming the pitch is the extra expense that KLD had to pay for himself because they refused and therefore the reason he won't give them their £11m, how much did the pitch cost?
It was other stadium stuff too, like cleaning and painting. Prevented work on improvements and upgrades
Stadium still needs a good clean noticed it as i was waiting in cue for ed sheeran i looked up and the outside of the stadium is so filthy
They started it last year but didn't get further than above the away supporters

I HOPE that he's waiting for the chancers to reduce their asking price. As he knows there is no way what is on the table is attractive to anyone.
Why buy 39% of a football club and not be able to run it? People don't buy football clubs to sit and watch.
So it either needs to be a family member buying, or him.
If he wants to limit how much money he is putting in, he also needs to give up some of his control. He can't have his cake AND eat it
