This might sound silly but if the family are interested, are they just interested because we've got a chance of going up or will they still take an interest if we don't go up?

He is, from what I've read, football crazy which makes it pretty likely he watched the Netflix series. Maybe while the mags were rolling about laughing at us there was a plan taking shape inside a young man's head somewhere in France.

I've still only watched season 1, I can't bring myself to watch season 2 until the time is right and the club has moved on. I hope to be watching it soon.
I haven't been able to watch any of the STID series, it's just all too painful, like yourself, when the time is right I'll watch them and enjoy them because I know that the good times have returned to SAFC.

Same here, biding my time. It'll be very satisfying to watch when you know for sure the future is golden.

I also don't think that either of those appointments are hinging on the takeover. He appointed a manager and a Sporting Director, and signed players, before an announcement. I'm struggling to see why those appointments haven't been made - I don't think they're linked to the takeover.

I still just think it will be announced as soon as they actually can.
Maybe there are sponsors involved in the announcement and they are tying that deal up and the sponsors would like the exposure of being linked to the announcement. Maybe KLD is buying Donald out totally and is waiting on transfer of shares . Maybe the EFL are doing final checks. We don't know details of this, what we do know is that KLD has been pulling thestrings at the club since PP was sacked and gradually we are starting to see improvements on the pitch which is good enough for me

A family like this getting involved I would say they will aggressively drive us up !

if they spot any factors obstructing progression they will be out I imagine

Ambition, targets,a properly drawn-up achievable plan with the right personnel in place, together with the means to meet the funding requirements!
All sounds great to me! Can't wait! Our future's bright!
