Curious to know what the new staff announcements could be. We already know Sporting director, First team coach and assistant, Academy coach, Communications /systems lead. KLD must be bringing a he'll of new team with him if there's more to come.

Haven't heard owt about any new people but I'd assume an academy director might be coming to work alongside Speakman? Other than that there's not much room, maybe someone on the financial/ business side?

In his introductory interview on safc.com Speakman said he'd be tasked with hiring a head of recruitment.

It’s a nightmare waiting for the full announcement, but it’s literally any day, with a few staff announcement to hopefully ,KTF
Really hope it’s all done very soon. All of the off field structures bode well for the future but he really needs to hit the ground running and somehow manage to improve the playing squad.
I’m worried if we don’t go up this year, about how difficult it’s going to be to get out of this league next season with the impacts of the wage caps really being felt. The odds will be massively be stacked in the favour of relegated teams.

I agree with you but would say two of the relegated teams may well be Wycombe and Rotherham so not invincible ...

... even with a salary cap the club can become much better, we can afford to sign players.

For the moment I'm hoping the current team, who are good enough to go up imo, trust the manager and play like we did at Lincoln. Johnson has had a difficult start with injuries, Covid, takeover, etc, but the results haven't been too bad considering. We are in 'must win' territory this month tbh.

Perhaps reinstating Cookie as Kit Man?
