Excuse my ignorance mate, but I’ve read about these draught lagers and I’m a slightly puzzled. I find draught lager in a pub just as fizzy as bottled lager. These canned draught lagers any different? Just asking.
You should try craft beers not fizzy in the slightest nice selection available now

I have been to graft. I have had a semi on all day anticipating THE NEWS we have all been waiting for. Logs on and sweet FA. It rhymes with clucking bell.

It's a pain mate but I'm told it's imminent, nowt else I can say.

I'm just passing on what I've been told and the lad is insistent.

Personally I've not had any direct info from anyone I know.

It's German pilsner mate, brewed under purity law. Much better than your standard pub lines IMHO. The only German beer I am not keen on is Becks, tends to take on a burning rubber odour and taste after a few. Might not be the same for everyone. I find my palette is better suited to the German market.
Majority of German beers are good no chemicals in them so no hangover and as you say superior to anything over here

I’m sure if I remember right they only had so long to pour you a beer, we stayed in a pub while working over there and he used to give us bottles first round so he didn’t miss the times

Well had my hopes up today was the day after the 11am thing said yesterday. Never mind as long as it happens that's all that matters, because if Stewy and his mate remain in charge I fear the worst. He simply does not have the money to sustain losing £400k a month for very much longer.

Have decided to put Roger on ignore as he is derailing the thread with his obsession of jumping on every single one of my posts, and spoiling it for other people looking for genuine news and debate. :emoticon-0103-cool:

Did 11 years but never did a Germany posting. The term you used ‘the badge’ that brings back memories of a brilliant WO2 I served with at AMF(L) in Bulford mid to late 1980s. Never anyone like him.
I was in Bulford from 78 to 84, Wing Barracks with 32 Regt RA.
