Six million years of human evolution to get to this point apparently
The real scary thing is we probably walk past people like him in the street every day.
Somebody has appointed a new scout

Delighted to accept a position with Sunderland AFC covering 15-23 in the North. Looking forward to getting started in the new year and being a part of the clubs bright future. [HASHTAG]#Scouting[/HASHTAG] [HASHTAG]#Recruitment[/HASHTAG] https://t.co/Jd4T7B4wrW

They reckon given an infinite amount of time and a typewriter, a monkey would write the works of Shakespeare. I think this poster debunks this. But, surely, by the law of averages he'd have eventually said something original or witty ...
... no, on second thoughts you're right![]()
Does the loan have to be paid back before or after the takeover? If it’s donald’s responsibility I’d imagine he will want that money back when he sells his shares

That being the case, It would seem that FPP have incorporated within the loan arrangement document that they have first refusal. On the other hand., I cant see FPP initiating the new ToD ,Manager or the other appointments....Strange one this.It would have to be paid back beforehand. People won't believe me but I genuinely think this is a sign that FPP want the club.
Basically, they can't say "we want to be paid back when the takeover goes through". The loan will have set repayment dates in and, by and large, they'd be stuck to. What FPP can do, due to having security over the stadium etc, is refuse to allow a sale . If they do that, then the loan needs to be paid up first (including any early repayment charges) to remove them from the equation.
So, why would they refuse a sale? Two possible options. Firstly, they're owed money and they think the new person coming in would be a risk and maybe they wouldn't get their money back. Given that the new person is a billionaire and the existing person is Stewart Donald I think we can safely say that's not the reason.
The other reason would be if they don't want a sale to go through because there's a loan, well skewed in their favour, to a bloke who will be swiftly running out of money and who, when it completely dries up, will need to hand the keys to them for a price nearer to their initial valuation of not very much. At that point, they might well say "**** you, if you want to sell to him then to you can find or get him to pay £11m up front to pay back the loan".
I'm pretty confident this is what's happened. But to completely hypothesise for a minute, maybe they've said this, Donald has asked KLD to assist (maybe forwarding money early to pay it off, since Donald won't have that kind of money lying about) and maybe KLD has said "fair enough, I'd have to pay it back eventually if I bought into Madrox, but if you need me to stump it up early, especially given an early repayment fee, you can give me a higher % of the shares **** face". I'd love to think that's how it's going!

Another well spoken, knowledgeable, young and highly respected acquisition to the club. Things moving in the right direction at pace nowif you look at the people congratulating him in the tweet - he's clearly well known in the "recuitment and analytics" world - so a step in the right direction it seems. Much rather this than an old git in a tracksuit watching games as instructed by Tony Coton. Club is growing up/
