As an aside to a lot of the other stuff mentioned, this should do wonders for player recruitment as well.

Everything being equal - you've got two clubs of the same stature after you on the same money. One is a recruitment team with Jim Rodwell asking you if you want to come and play for Phil Parkinson and the other is Stefan Schwarz asking if you want to play for Gus Poyet.

Which one you picking?

Great developments/great news hope this heralds a change in approach, outlook and more importantly results on the pitch.

Hopefully the lads on the pitch tonight can keep the positivity going.
