Lovely post mate. I work in a cancer care hospice, and its a ****ing horrible, indiscrimate, twat of a disease.My next door neighbour is dying of cancer. He was due for an op last March but obviously that was cancelled.
I doubt he’ll see Christmas.
He owns some horses and today the stable girls brought his favourite mare basically to say goodbye.
His two sons had to help him downstairs while his wife stayed upstairs unable to watch.
Then this news about the takeover.
I’m all over the place.
But I’ll dry my tears and have a couple of whiskies. One for the lovely neighbours and one for the future success of my club.
I hope your neighbour is pain free, and seeing his horse will have lifted his mood, it will have made a difference.

Wouldn't mind getting the cheerleaders back at half time. Watching some bloke chase his son round the pitch and try not to die from a heart attack was entertaining but we can do better.
I am guessing that by over the road you mean RTG or similar but as I only follow this forum I will try and explain. If somebody gives an opinion with an amount of educated guess or an amount of realistic reasoning I will think about it and come to a conclusion. If they spout like a spoiled child on more than one occasion I may lose it a little and tell them what I think. I did try to to say what I felt without being too offensive but if I have upset you I apologise but you must admit he is a cockwomble.
