I don't get anywhere near as much info as last year, for various reasons, but what I do get is quite accurate. The last I heard is that 'FPP' aren't out of the picture.

Sadly I'm not in a position to badger people for info so just listen to what they say.

I do have a very good friend, who knows the Dreyfus family of old so I'm gently edging towards asking for info.

I'm also cultivating contact with L'Equipe who I'm hoping will drop me the odd bits of info in the future.

Fingers crossed mate.
He's a very good friend and a fascinating man, probably the most intelligent person I've ever met.

Here's a true story for anyone interested. We were in his office at Ffynone Mansion and checking the insurances on the house. I mentioned how important the fire insurance was especially as he has thousands of books. He said it wasn't because he had them all memorised and could replace them.

I laughed and scoffed a bit so he said he'd prove it. He turned his back on the bookshelves, told me to remove any book and he'd know which it was, the publisher and how many pages to within 20 pages ...

... I removed a book and when he turned round he told me the book, the publisher, the date and got the number of pages exact!

A truly remarkable man.

And that mans name was Dustin Hoffmann. lol. I love knowing there's people like that out there. IQ must be through the roof.

Sounds like one of my sons and his library, he’s the same with his record collection.

Think so and I certainly don't think this leak has come from Donald
This has come from the new chaps
Get the feeling that all the " it's not happening brigade" who have been maybe getting some snipets of info from inside the club have been completely blindsided

That would be absolute twat with the people saying that nothing's happening and that the "ITKs" have been fed a line by SD only to have that done to them! <doh>

Gus Poyet was getting a lot of traction with Roker Report in their desires for next manager. A lot of the Twitterverse seem to have cottoned on to that, to the extent it’s hard to know if there’s anything in it, or this has just been the biggest game of Uruguayan whispers ever

Liking tweets about his dad coming back, liked roker reports podcast about Parkinson being sacked,

liked a video off 3 months ago yesterday, so must of been looking for stuff about us on twitter
Very interesting!

I remember you telling me that on the way to MK Dons. I’m disappointed with that comment mind. :emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0148-yes:
Obviously he can cut and paste better than me. :emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm

He’s liked loads and loads of Sunderland stuff in last few days.

It may be because, as I’ve said, he’s been trending loads with Sunderland fans rather than anything.

This may be the fire before the smoke.

Cheers for that. I’d be happy for this if he was working with someone who shared the same ideas as him instead of butting heads with the likes of Congerton. He also knows this division and the club and hopefully would have an idea as to what’s been wrong with us for so many years. A thumbs up from me if it happens

He wouldn’t be my choice but I definitely wouldn’t be against it and would obviously get right behind him.
