Some people on here have been saying for a while that there would be a few leaks just prior to an announcement. It looks like they could be right.
They could be moving the SAFC.com domain to a new provider. The DNS updates tend to take 24-48 hours. During that time the old site would stay live.Interesting! Must have Kittens writing the text if it's gonna take that long.

My son's birthday so looking in here for the first time today and it appears the takeover has gone from consortium negotiations to done deal and just awaiting the official announcement, probably when the SAFC servers are back up.

would be cool if they are going with an upgraded site. Tying it in with an announcement of a takeover would be decent as well. New site new owners new dawn kind of thing.
