I’m in the Poyet camp too. from my point of view, he had a style of play that he wanted to stick with and he has said he wanted that throughout the club. He also has said that he identified players to bring in but Congerton brought in different players. I’d have him back in a heartbeat if he was allowed to do things the way he wanted without having a power struggle with a DOF who didn’t share his ideas. The whole club needs to be pulling in the same direction for it to become successful and I like what I hear from Poyet when he talks about how he wanted his tenure to work
The only time he seemed to show any passion/anger was after 94 minutes when he was shouting at the referee whilst pointing to his watch about time wasting
He should have been shouting at his captain for running about aimlessly and his inability to trap/pass the wall - absolutely sh...
Anyone else worried it will fall through, or we can’t sign a decent manager, or wage cap is gonna do us. FFS wish I was glass half full not empty. I hope and pray for the best, even for my sons supporting future. But I said to him tonight ‘he is 10 btw’ whatever happens, whoever owns the club, whoever manages the club, we support the team who play in red and white. While you're not Completely wrong. Players are being played out of position. Eg O'nein today. Every bally was played on his left side, he had to take a touch, move it on to his right and then you lose loose momentum. Same as Gooch. There was no shape to the formation that we started the season with due to players being in the wrong places. This is basic stuff.Don't disagree.... however, if 11 professionals can't step over that white line and have a clue what they need to do; then shame on them. Too easy for them and everyone else to blame tactics. To quote Cloughie; "tactics don't lose you games, players do".

I don't disagree with any of that. Although at times, some of the results (irrespective of the style of play) weren't great. He just seemed at a loss at the end, whether that was the occasion, players, senior management, I don't know.
That's ok mate, didn't take it as a dig. I should of been more clear, when I said guidance I meant get his finger out of his arse and bollock the team, shout, scream, point, pretend he gives a ****e.Saying that, He knows he is on borrowed time so why would he care. I still genuinely believe the players don't want to be promoted. All out the door if we do.
The City can wait , the club needs a quick boost to get back on track . Waiting for the takeover may prove too late we need action NOW before we fall off the pace for promotion which is quite possible , i among quite a few others have lost all faith in PP as he is one dimensional keeps picking the same players finds it difficult to change tactics and can’t recognise the potential that our youngsters possess and add to the team . He has his favourite players which is all well and good if they were providing good performances but a lot just aren’t good enough to get us promotion, a change of Manager could act as a catalyst in the same way we all hope the takeover will . Get the Football right and everything in the City will follow it’s happened time and time again , when the clubs doing well production rates climb and the City will start buzzing . The Club First then the City as it should be .
Hopefully the boy see’s better times than we all have and gets to follow us to some form of glory
Nobody is going to accept a job offer from Rodwell that may only last week's. Rodwell himself will hopefully be gone soon as well. An interim would suit everyone.

Being played "out of position" is one thing, like for instance playing a GK as striker, however, everything else is pretty much basics. Yes I know all about position specifics. I'm talking about basics. Body shape to receive, receive safe side or on on foot front, quality of first touch, first touch forward, inside or back?, am I aware of what's happening around me, do I know what I'm going to do next? decision to pass, cross or shoot? type of pass, cross or shot?

You have just lost yet another game you should have won, and you know - because you have been here a bit and this losing habit has emerged before - that you are going to lose again next time out unless you get a lift of some kind.
So, on Monday, you turn up for training and you hope the boss is ready to sort it out, and when you get there, it's bloody Phil Parkinson again.
It's like finding a cold poached egg in your pocket, or last week's rubbish being put back in your bin on a Thursday. You'll plod along and keep going a bit to pay your own bills, but really, this is not the place you want to be.
That's where we are now. Owners who are not fit to run a tyre franchise, ordinary players who are taking what they can, and a manager who is just standing there and waiting for someone to pay him to sod off.
This man has no business contaminating a proper football club. If he was gone five minutes ago it would be too late.
If there was ever a time we needed change this was it.

We played some amazing football under Poyet. It went a bit weird but before that it was good it was amazing at times. Utd away was the best I’ve seen us. I also thought we played good football under Keane. The club was just a bit disjointed when Poyet was here. I’d have him back like.
I think he's out of his depth. His substitutions and team selection baffle me (whether enforced from above, I don't know).
Shouting, swearing, pointing is all very 70's.
However, those players that pull on a shirt should show some desire and football nounce, clearly that is lacking.
