I enjoy both forums but at the minute they’re getting disrupted by people who care more about who’s the biggest ITK

I've never abused anyone. It's just my opinion that theres people lying on these forums about the takeover. I've also said theres people who are probably just passing stuff on they here.

If people knew as much as they claimed then we'd know exactly who "the buyer" was by now.

The RAWA post was enough to tell me that no one knows anything about this takeover

Part of the delay was Donald wanting to sell 90% of his shares at a certain price but retain 10%. For those remaining 10% he wants more, lots more. So he's basically trying to blackmail the buyers into removing him completely. I'm quite happy to back this up so, if anyone wants to sue me, you know where I am.

And right here lies the problem we are all worried about. SD changing the goal posts late in the day and potentially scuppering yet another takeover.

I asked if deal done, he said ‘not heard anything officially! But I know things are progressing, fit and proper part is a long drawn out process.’

I've only just popped on and missed quite a bit it seems. So have i got this right? RAWA meeting cancelled/postponed because nothing has been finalised yet. It's very close still but no-one is really sure exactly why it hasn't quite happened yet. Also, it seems that 3 people are involved and they have a bit of money and have a background that suggests they might know what they are doing.
On top of that the usual folk are arguing with each other when they don't really have a clue what is actually going on.

I sincerely hope that any new owners have told him to do one - and thats been the delay and he's now accepted it and will move on.

He doesnt deserve to make money out of this deal - hes set us back years.
