Apologies again for yet another drift, hopefully when we are back at the footy, lots of us can meet up and have a jolly good sesh prior to kick off. Seems like a million miles away yet though. Would be delighted to meet as many as possible.
I don't think anyone has ever confirmed that the club is skint, just lots of supposition going on, whilst Rodwell has recently said that we're in good financial shape. The supposition extends to Stewart Donalds situation as well though, we regularly read posts saying he's in the last chance saloon, hanging on by his fingernails etc., but nobody really knows how much he's worth, I've seen figures over the last couple of years ranging from £8m to over £100m, it could be that he has enough money behind him to ride out this storm, and bluff his way to promotion and a higher selling price. I certainly think if he was potless he would have taken someones hand off by now just to get rid of the rolling debt, but he hasn't. I reckon he's a lot wealthier than some folk think. Just my opinion, not ITK at all.Just as a side issue, have we actually been told that?

The season we got an point away to Barnsley (0-0 I think it was, quite near the end of the season), They were in second place, I think we were 2 points behind them, with a game in hand. A draw was a cracking result. For the very first time in my supporting life I actually had the audacity, the ****ing cheek, to even remotely think that we are gonna get promoted here.......we blew it.
I went, great support, and they were there for the taking.
If we'd beaten them the momentum would've been with us ...
... that one point wasn't what we needed.
Was that the night match when it was very windy?
It was Norman, and it was bloody cold too with the wind howling through the open corners of the groundWas that the night match when it was very windy?
But to which questions?! All the bloody wrong ones I'm sure!Page 777 will hold the answers

I'm at a total loss to know how to answer this!Well we've certainly had our fair share of prophets![]()

Agree, horrible site, horrible story, shows our horrible owner's up in their desperation for scrap'sJust read through that and he doesn't say we're skint tbf.
Sounds like a hint for a handout.
It makes his recent and summer statements look sick though about the club being in a sound financial position than most.. The article purported to be general comments for the entire football league but it, for me , did not come across that way. Any one with a business brain behind them will see the business plan for this year was shot to ****. as far back as April, add on the covid and no season (sorry, reduced ) ticket sales, no income, a blind man could tell you the state of the clubs accounts..Just read through that and he doesn't say we're skint tbf.

According to what?According to this - Sartori and Methven both have the right to buy Donald’s shares if he chooses to sell.
they clearly don’t want to otherwise they’d have done so already, surely?
for me this rules out the possibility of just Juan.
surely they can only have the preference if FPP are paid back firstAccording to this - Sartori and Methven both have the right to buy Donald’s shares if he chooses to sell.
