You may well be due apologies from two different forums ...

... although I'm counting no chickens <laugh>

In all honesty I really don't want to be pointing fingers and I'm sure you, Magnus, etc feel the same. We're all supposed to be Sunderland together and all pull together. I hope things work out as we hope and we can just get back to supporting our team.

Meh. No dramas.

People are going through worse right now. People in this thread are. I had a rough time a few month back and I know that's more important. Not interested in point scoring mate, as you know. But I absolutely get your point. Will stick to what I said, won't reply on the main thread on RTG.

But aye. Should be too long. The % is the important factor for me personally.

Rodwell specifically mentioned once due diligence on a deal is done the next stage would be to hopefully have a share purchase agreement drawn up and then the deal completed, that fits with what you are saying about where we are at currently.

Havnt listened personally but good aye. Good to know my info is still current

I was pouring the other week man! Sure I put a Stella pint on here. It's been agreed a while. It's honestly just the share split and not covid that's been dragging. It's the most important too.

my fear is still that the share split doesn’t get sorted. It’s been dragging for a reason and I guess that’s because there is some form of conflict. Fingers crossed that’s just my natural pessimism

Nah, just to be clear, that has been sorted. Completely. I am just not privy to the % split. Hence why I am not going overboard yet.

That said, it's positive. However, depending on the split it could be amazing or just ok.

I'm pretty sure it will be.

I was told, by someone serious, that there'll be a happy twist in the tale. I said, a month ago, that I was feeling quite content, still am.

In the meantime I'm starting to get into match mode.

No offence to these "ITK" types, but I just don't believe anyone, people don't leak details of these deals, thats the whole point of the agreements.

People are just hedging their bets after Nick Barnes said there was exclusivity.

Anyone could say "they remain in talks, its getting closer" etc. Its just educated guess and common sense.

Posh ! I’m afraid I’m letting you and my Glasgow based friend down by slumming it with bells on a “procured” glass from a hotel which charged a frightening price for a 12 year old ardbeg
love a nice procured glass, got several over the years.
