Very true, but I'd think he already realises this.If Ellis did come back I think even surrounding himself with good footballing people he would need to be less trusting than previous, in this respect he took his eye off the ball and a number of people took advantage whilst he was paying them vastly over the odds . Their was a distinct lack of respect toward him from those in positions of trust and he would need a guard dog to watch over things for him , needless to say he would need to be a lot more careful with the appointments of his management team .
