I've only had a few brief messages mate, but they've all pointed to Donald going.
His absence seems to confirm that.
It's incredible that Donald's entire strategy seems to be keeping his fingers crossed.
The main positive thing I take is that we haven't heard anything lately, from anybody. Hopefully means NDAs are properly in place.
I agree but as patient as we have all been over the last year, The top table at the club know all about this endless speculation and seem quite happy to let that happen. One simple statement from the club that wouldn't compromise any non disclosure agreement should be released. A simple 'the club are in talks with people about a potential change of ownership' would suffice.

Possibly true. Bit good businessmen don’t put all of their eggs in one basket. And if these guys are skint because of the failed takeover, then they’re not good businessmen!!

There's something just not right about the place these days, was a time when the decent posters overwhelmed any real nonsense on there.
But now the wums & warriors swamp the board and they post little of any consequence ...
... that puts off people have something to contribute so the balance just keeps tipping.
I stand back and watch the thread over the road in disbelief daily. It is truly bizarre and find its overrun with bitter and twisted fans who seem to hope nothing will happen just so they can win their claim to be right. Though this thread can dissend into negativity sometimes it is still very much a cup half full thread

The worst thing about that board now is how many people are playing the victim. The place was always about a bit football talk and a bit piss taking. Now if you even dare to take the piss there's people falling over themselves to play the victim.

The full regeneration plans have been unveiled today for around the stadium sheepfolds and on the Vaux side, they will be linked by 2 bridges, surely any investors / buyers in the club have got to be looking at this or get involved, commercial future revenues around the stadium will have massive potential......its all pretty impressive stuff, theres a lot of money getting spent in and around Sunderland at the minute - Just not the football club!

I seem to remember it being discussed that FPP wanted to be involved in this project. This can only be good for the club in the longer term.

Yep I remember it was discussed on here as it was part of feasibility studies etc.
