I was told, yesterday, from a long term Sunderland friend, that Donald relinquished control of the club a fortnight ago. He's a London based exile who doesn't use forums or interest himself in gossip. He just mentioned it matter of factly that someone at his university told him. WTF <laugh>

Is this possible and Rodwell is now running the entire club ...

... I can't take much more of this shyte.

Unless hes just a bit behind the news and is referring to Donald not being chairman any more? At the minute he pretty much has relinquished control ; still the majority shareholder but not actively involved in decisions. I presume in his absence Rodwell pretty much will be running it!

Which surely confirms his loss of interest and his desire to sell for anyone still in doubt?

Mate, I’m really not a drinker at all. Two of them will normally be my limit. But if this goes through like people are saying I’ll do my best to finish them off in one sitting. It just means that if I do then I’ll be posting like @Smug in Boots shortly afterwards.
