For me the most interesting part is the application to strike the company off. The process was started at the beginning of the year and could have been done around march time meaning fpp sunderland would cease to exist. Yet for some odd reason it still has not happened, they wanted to get rid of the company but for the time being seem to have changed their mind.

Companies House suspended all applications during Covid - been waiting for my company to be struck off since April which is a pain in the arse.
