I think the confusing part is the takeover/not takeover part.

If the restructuring is all within Madrox and the loan from FPP is being converted to shares and then that sherholder buys out SD and JS buys out Salmon pants then technically some may see that as not being a takeover because they're all internal stakeholders already.

In my opinion the technicalities are irrelevant for most people mate.
