Yeh I completely get what he was saying, just not massively appreciative of how he was saying it. Explained my reasoning in the post above.

Hold my hands up and admit maybe I shouldn't have but I felt at the time it was suitable.
As my teacher always said if someone tells you to jump in to the water would you ? Look before you leap !

Almost everyone's happy as a lad in Salma's knicker drawer mate ...

... just a few rogue Y-fronts spoiling the experience <laugh>

Lol well let's hope what's going on with the club can have everyone grinning from ear to ear. Few Mags I know have been quiet about our news and others just keep saying "he's 22 man, he's only 22". Love it.

It's nothing. I foolishly posted something NQD sent me privately (that I don't agree with, but found an interesting take). People didn't like that I did that.

It's over and won't happen again.

Hopefully we get some further leaks soon.

Nice one mate. Now onto the takeover.

This'll be the last I say on this... but no, of course not. He has sent me similar messages over the last few weeks and I've chosen not to post them as I didn't think they were appropriate or helpful. I genuinely thought in this instance that this one was suitable and was worth reading, if anything for a laugh. But as I've said, whilst it's extreme, it's also reminded me that things could still go wrong.

Won't do it again.

Brilliant that. Interesting life you mate . Went through leadgate at the weekend on the way to the butchers at Knitsley. :emoticon-0148-yes:

Lived at Tindale Street, Leadgate.

Had a mate who's dad was an engine driver from the coal yards to Consett Iron Company.

He'd stop the train and we'd jump on, as 8 year olds, and he'd let us drive. We'd arrive into the Jaws of Hell with men stripped to the waste casting molten metal.

Unbelievable looking back mate.

tbh it's the third time he's done it and only the first time I've posted what he's said, as it was the first time I thought people would be able to read it and not get their knickers in a twist over it.

If I was you mate I'd tell him to **** off

Obviously I was wrong.

Used to go to the back of the shaft in leadgate Donkey’s years ago ( or shaft round the back as it was sometimes known ) - mate of mines Mam and dad had it - cracking pub which is now part of housing estate I believe

Things got signed the day the news broke,
It’s well past the stage people are trying to make out, it’s not going to fall through, the not going to pull out, we are probably at the stage when Donald’s takeover got announced on SAFC

Great News. Are there still another two in the consortium?

I always remember the covering of red dust everywhere.

Does this ring any bells ...

"SAFC Black Cats News on Facebook the lad who runs it reckons the deal hasn't even been agreed yet. DD hasn't even been done although Dreyfuss and co remain interested."

Like I posted over the road last night it’s as tough as it’s ever been for me :emoticon-0106-cryin

It is a tough time at the minute, caused by a mixture of apathy and despondancy, but there is light at the end of the tunnel, and by the sounds of it we'll see the light soon.

It's important that we remember this moment and how we feel, and unlike Man City fans, don't ever forget what a state we were in, so we can appreciate what we eventually end up with, and don't take it for granted.

Good to see you back on here.
