You could say that for any takeover, even before covid,
fuhrman Wants in now, and he’ll have all the prices in place for all the out comes for covid
Probably not just for this season even next with out fans,

msd all together could be about to bail out the whole EFL who are current in crisis talks with them and 7 other parties

his mates will know the short falls, the predicted losses for each league
These people have come to English football and could potential keep the whole EFL standing if the prem doesn’t come to the rescue
These are big, big players,

I’m very confident this will happen if it doesn’t , Donald has ruined what potential could be the start of one of the greatest periods in are history

The not here to take part of English football the here to takeover
very impressive ambitions there, I wonder if the likes of MSD etc., can forsee an entirely restructured English league set-up somewhere down the line, which may be accelerated due to Covid and its long term effects. Imagine if some of our more fragile Championship clubs were to collapse and fold, and the current L1 and L2 become regionalised or part-time concerns. If survival of the fittest leads to a PL 1 and PL2 set-up, with clubs only being admitted if they have the facilities and academies to sustain their growth, could that be a fast track for a club like SAFC into the elite divisions? If, as you say, MSD and others are here to 'takeover' the entire EFL, could this be a reason for GF to get in on the ground floor by owning an established club with bags of potential? He would certainly have an idea of the ambitions of MSD etc. Just a thought.

You mean like the polio vaccine which was around for two hundred years until it was eradicated
It wouldn't take much positive news to makes shares/investments go through the roof, if vaccines were release to the GP, indicating the return to something approaching normality in the short to medium term.

Sorry I didn’t mean like generally takeover the EFL , I mean the don’t just want to be a team that sits mid table and make up the numbers the want to be the main team in England challenging the elite

You sound very well informed, as you appear to have been throughout this saga, keep it coming whenever you can.

The Grigg deal stunk of a desperate gamble to get out the league and out of the ****.

I’ve never, ever in real life seen a deal so badly handled. You’d get fired as an employee for being so hapless under pressure.
Not so much a desperate gamble, more likely he saw it as a chance to impress the fans. That worked about as much as the rest of football expertise.

americian company ALK capita LLC in advanced talks over takeover with Burnley so proves there is people still wanting to buy football clubs

thats on SSN yellow ticker now

That should completely stop these posts about 'why would anyone buy a football club at the moment' ...

... but we all know people will just keep posting it because it's what they desperately want to believe.

I really don't get the mindset of people like that. Continually hoping for failure says a lot about the individuals concerned.

In all honesty I don't believe it's a mindset.

I don't think they really believe what they're saying, it's just an attempt to bring down people who are happier than them.

It doesn't bother me but it's quite pathetic.

there lad always been negativity around us as a club. I’m really hopeful this takeovers happens and we can get a massive blast of positivity through the club. Getting the fans back pulling in the same direction with the club will be crucial.
