Not counting my chickens after last years last minute shenanigans but sounds like its a done deal
Still cloak and dagger about who it is
Don't know how these things work but once it goes to the EFL are we likely to find out the names involved

That’s true but there’s no reason to not reveal the identities once contracts are signed and it’s pending EFL approval. That’s what happened with Donald and Short.

What’s not clear (and as if it matters) is whether this hypothetical end of month deadline is for the contract to be signed or the takeover to go through. If it’s the latter we may find out who they are earlier
