Running a successful business isn’t just about making a fortune, it’s about giving back to the community and having employees willing to work for you. That was cringeworthy. As a manager of people you need to be able to get the best out of them, inspire and motivate. He just embarrassed the lass in front of TV cameras. Now I don’t know the ins and outs of whether she was good at her job or not, but I would never lambast someone, even if underperforming, in front of their colleagues. That should be done in private, after he has tried to find out why she isn’t performing to a standard (if indeed she wasn’t) , is she trained enough and does she fully understand what he wants from her. He came across as a bully, which suggests he is severely lacking in something. I just think he was showing off in front of the cameras, because it has to be about him. He doesn’t stand out so the best way for him to do that is to be controversial.

Don't see why, when Stewart crossed the ball and completely miscues it he catches Wright off balance, other than that Wright never put a foot wrong and has been like that most of our run in under AN. Pity you have picked out this one incident in over two months of football, shame really imo.
