The ratification by the EFL of the owners and directors test and of any takeover or share allocation does not depend on amounts of shares only on significant share holders. IE if you are to become a significant shareholder in a club for example a 40% holder you would go through fit and proper persons if you then wanted to increase you shareholding to 65% you would not need to do that test again. It may be that the initial deal is close to completion with the EFL but the deal to purchase remaining shares may be ongoing but I am only speculating.

Thats what I'm hoping

There's no way given how close we are to January that we've given him the job on blatant lies because he could just quit straight away.

And tin hat on here but if (a massive if) del boy and salmon pants are behind this restructure and giving funds in January I think people will give them breathing space until we're promoted in the summer. Some people do genuinely learn from their mistakes...

Disclaimer: I want both of them far away from this club as possible

It's just worth saying that Donald was a high stakes gambler when he "bought" the club, and was a gambler during the absurd and infantile purchase of Grigg.

He is probably desperate now, but he will always be a gambler, so until this wierd and needy individual's influence is swept away from the club for good, nothing can be discounted.

Thing is that bailout loan is only 300k (I think) if he SD and SAFC are paying out the reported 1 million per month then that bailout isn't going to touch the sides. I think he has well and truly backed himself into a corner. If he is trying to hang on for a later payout then he needs to gamble that we go up, he simply cannot afford to do so. He had his chance 2 1/2 years ago, him and his team f***ed it up, so unlucky.
That's what I think he will do, gamble on us going up, the bloke is a degenerate gambler.

If the club accept the bailout money we are not allowed to spend money on transfer fees for anybody.

Wrong
This has been discussed at length on here. The bulk of the bail out money comes without any tie in
Its only if we apply for an additional grant that a transfer embargo applies.

Donald has even less say now. His shares going to be diluted even more

Really hope this is true, We need him as far away as possible and if the only way we can do this, is by him taking less shares than before, thats as good as we can hope for.

It doesnt look like he will **** off permanently until promoted. Hope KLD and Sartori drown him out. We do however need confirmation this is done because people cant relax whilst hes still majority owner.
