As he was the Chief Chancers appointment, I'll give him a couple of months before he gone. he is in a precarious situation and guess he will be reporting back to the CCIf Rodwell doesn't perform I'm sure the new people will soon replace him.

Explain how he is a failure please? One shred of evidence that he’s a failure. Just one. Go on.Appointing a failure and being happy about it isn’t being negative, it’s not being a happy clapping fanny.
Still, if the cap fits flower you be happy
That's the way I read his statement mate, but safc.com reckons he's gonna be in charge of the full whack.
He really has
How perceptive of you ...
... you've just described our annual holiday.

We're hiring a Head of Recruitment too. Speakman will focus on development whilst overseeing everything. Someone else will be in charge of transfers by the sounds of it.
Just watched that and I’m very impressed with what he has to say. I know we have heard ‘the talk’ before but this feels different, he wants to be here and wants success for our football club.
If you haven’t watched it yet I urge you to do so.
Head of Recruitment I think he said as well as a Head of Academy to come in. No doubt an expanded data/analytics department with its own 'Head of' as well.He says in the interview that someone else will be convering recruitment like.
Not according to safc.com. " After departing Birmingham City following an outstanding 14-year tenure, Speakman will lead SAFC’s overall football programme, including player identification, development and acquisitions across the first team and academy."
He’s achieved winding you up before he’s even announced.tell me gain what he has *achieved.

Just aswell he wont be in charge of transfers then aint it
Agree, actions obviously speak louder than words but hopefully this this the start of getting thing right finally....I enjoyed it. Definitely knows what he is doing and understands the size of the task ahead. He will need time of course but I'm very happy to have him on board from what I've read and heard about him.

Trouble is there hasn't been a manager mentioned (realistic options) that have been accepted by everyone. ALL of the managers mentioned have had positive and negative responses.I must admit to bed wetting as some have put it. I just can’t help but think now was the time to get a manager that would get the fans together. There can be no doubt this has split the fan base right down the middle which gets off to a very bad start. I like the structure but just can’t work out why they didn’t go for a all in one announcement including Dreyfus to show a whole new Sunderland.
It feels more like same old Sunderland same old Donald.
Me too. New broom sweeps cleanI’m delighted
Love the bloke already exactly what I wanted to hear, superb mate.words are cheap, and he says so himself. but this might be the best first interview I've ever seen.
Thoughtful, confident and intelligent.
