Not a mag at all. Just seen the screen shot which Barnes was talking about on social media and joined. How is having a different opinion being a mag. I’m not trying to be a ‘party popper’ just being realistic... SD will not sell the club till his demands are met or till he gets desperate and runs out of money and needed to get out ASAP. I’d love for him to go and the Monaco chairman with his billions and Furhman comes in... But I just can’t see it unfortunately
Even without that link (which shrinks it), the circles of billionaires worldwide are pretty small. Add a shared common interest, and an interest in the arts is a real bonding area, and yeah, all plausible.
Well I don't believe all the stuff about Donald just wanting to reduce the "pressure" on himself. Why does he need breathing space? There's no football being played, and even if it was no one would be in attendance. Other than a few posts on some message boards and fanzines about him he's getting absolutely no pressure whatsoever. It's not even like he lives in Sunderland, he's got Rodwell doing all that while he sits in Oxford. If anything, yet another rumoured positive takeover breaking down right before fans might be allowed back would be worse. There might be actual protests at the match if things started badly. And even then he wouldn't be there to see them. Ashley seems to sometimes have "takeovers" which become an excuse not to spend big money, but we know Donald wouldn't be spending anyway. Even if we knew he'd be here next season we'd be getting a few free transfers and nowt else. I don't think he gains a single thing by pretending. And then there's people hearing things from people who aren't Donald, so if he is making it up he must have roped a lot of people into playing along. There's no need to be negative about it, it sounds like something is happening and it sounds like we should find out about it soon enough
But, and we have to be realistic, we have ZERO evidence that there’s anything going on and we are all getting moister than an oyster. We do need to reign it in a bit. We’ve cross referenced the 2 busiest forums for the lads and come up with 2 billionaires. We’ve actually set ourselves up if it is a crock. Ae all want it to happen, and there’s a LOT of smoke, but we have generated probably 80% of that smoke ourselves out of our desperation for the club to bounce back.

We start the season well he stays till Christmas and blames Covid for not being able to sell He still thinks he can run the show till we get promoted to the championship and sell us for more than £37m He’s not going anywhere despite what he says
