I was sceptical anything was happening until the first information of any real substance was posted in the Guardian. Everything before that was just rumours and guess work.

It became clear that the whole loan was a way of squeezing Donald out, which seemingly hadn’t worked as somebody else is coming in. So the loan serves little to no purpose unless it’s converted to equity.
If it’s converted to equity then party time. I just hope that either KLD or FPP have over 50% to ensure clarity in decision making
