I’m finished with the smb. Account deleted. Been posting rubbish since 2006.

Now this place reminds me of the old Mackem boozer and the smb in the days before it’s was sectioned (apt term ) off into pure football etc

It's getting better each day this forum as more and more people come over who are sick of the trolls and WUMs.

It's a shame in a way as RTG was/is a really good forum just they need to act on all these WUMs and troll but it seems as if they are free to wind up people till they retaliate and get a ban.

I stayed off for a couple of weeks and it took two post before the usual tripe came my way.

Deleted account yesterday and won’t be going back.

One of the mods changed the password to my first account so couldn't login and didn't have access to the email.

So had to create BigPeter then got banned for showing everybody what Sima was like. I'll post again as some really good posters on there and can be a laugh in the SMB section but if cop another ban for nothing will be doing the same.

Ive just been banned for two months, for having an opinion on our owners. There was no personal abuse, I'd never stoop so low. I never received a warning or nothing.

A bit annoyed I'm banned when I've seen what some people are posting about them the past couple days, but there we are.. I've heard this place is canny so I'm giving it a go.

It is a canny place on here, the people that have been here a long time are very
accommodating, not that I'm a prolific poster on either, I mainly like to read other people's opinions.

I like to post. I have an opinion just like every one else I suppose. I was a member of the old 606 forum many moons ago now. I love a good debate, no harm in it as long as abuse doesn't get thrown around.

The bedrock of any Sunderland forum is, surely, that everyone should have an affinity & affection for the town and the club.

This forum seems to embody that ideal.

I love my club, the supporters and the NE so often lash out at people who ridicule any of them.

If that results in me being attacked, in all honesty I really don't care.

But if you expect me to back down, you've another thing coming.

If anyone fancies a bit of fun and mischief on there ( got banned over a decade ago ) log on to any thread shieldsbackcat happens to be posting on.
Suggest that you have heard some former ( well past best use by date ) premier player is to be offered a contract to replace wyke. Someone like eg crouch.
He will rubbish it for all the wrong reasons saying such and such a player is too good for us and we could only dream of attracting such players. He did it with anichebe and pienaar.
Its childish, immature and pointless but if you have spare time...
