We don't know. He was arrested after complaints by two different women.
One of them had her complaints dropped because they were overseas.
And the other one?

I bet that lad that served time and had his career ruined until proven innocent still gets the rapist tag on here.

Can't remember who he played for but Ched Evans was the name, you lot would have hung him if the punishment was available to you.

I did indeed say that about the Greenwood case but have since been informed that pictures were released to kill that opinion and have never said it since.
I have questioned the calling of Party because of the lack of court case, what you have just written has amazed me and i find it hard to understand, couldn't he have been charged in the country where the offence happened?
My stance on this is long lasting though, i hate people being called for something that has never been proved especially by some clown on a football forum.
You may have noticed i have never questioned the City player being called, this is because there are multiple complainants against him and not a he said she said type of thing which should only be decided by a court and jury not the court of popular opinion which it seems would put anyone they don't like in prison.

You said that stuff about Greenwood in September... 8 and a bit months after the tape was made public...you were THE ONLY person I heard say that which is why I said it may have been a wum thing.
Imho it was clear that Greenwood was a ****ing animal from the beginning so I have no idea why or how you said that.

As for your point re the city player having several complaints from different people, Partey has several different complainants that have been reported from 2 different women. So it ain't just one person's word

There is a massive issue around rape and how few rapists are prosecuted, how poor the sentences are, how badly some are investigated, how badly rape victims are treated in court and how few women are believed.
Because of what I have read I chose to believe the woman, it's your choice to feel differently but to suggest that "some clown on the internet" plays a role in that is stupid imho.

If you read the link I put up you may find an answer to some of your questions.

Ched Evans was not 'proven innocent' as there is no such concept in English Law. He was actually proven guilty but the appeal court overturned the verdict on hearing new evidence. He is therefore not guilty of rape but even on his own account of what happened I wouldn't employ him to paint the goalposts.
Not being guilty of a criminal offence is not sufficient evidence of good character to warrant being given a job.

Search my username and Ched Evans. I thought it was a dodgy conviction.
How could he get done and the other bloke get off? Made zero sense to me.
The victim was supposed to be too intoxicated to consent. If so, surely that's for both of them?

Having said that, PowerSpurs is right. He's still a ****bag either way.
His own account of his behaviour is pretty ****ing appalling.
Any accused rapists that you don't fancy going to bat for? Bill Cosby, perhaps?

Fenerbache are currently 2-0 up against Hatayspor.
The goalscorers are Josh King and Michy Batshuayi. Premier League rejects FTW.

And we have a VAR check at Old Trafford.... and yes... it's confirmed... VAR says you can't score against United at OT. Or to put it a different way, what is the exact definition of 'clear and obvious'? I think we know. And maybe it was offside. Point is that VAR doesn't always intervene does it. Would be interested to know how many times VAR has intervened *against* the interests of United?

Remove the tin foil hat mate <laugh>

VAR review enough decisions in all games. And it was a clear offside.

But it was offside….
So you want VAR to make the wrong decision to correct some perceived bias previously?

Maybe he’s decided to let chaos reign again like the old days? Lol. Has to replace Tobes eventually too I guess.

Unless he’s been given mod status for something like the Brighton or Bournemouth boards for ****s and giggles.

We have 3 Mods and I have no news of a fourth. Unless we are expecting a storm from the North

I'd love Spurlock to be appointed mod and I backed his campaign on here when NKNG stood down.

It would be the online re-enactment of the last days of Rome on here. Rejoice oh ye faithful.
