Just seen Burnley’s released list, both Tarkowski and Mee have left on frees.

They were huge reasons Burnley avoided the drop in previous years, one of the strongest CB partnerships outside those in the big six I’d say. I knew Tarkowski wasn’t renewing his deal but didn’t realise Mee wasn’t either, massive losses for them.

Lennon also left, be great if he could find another Prem club.

I’d imagine a few teams will be sniffing around Pope this summer too.

Might not see Burnley back anytime soon.

Their relegation triggered some sort of mad payback clause to the owners, too.
They are ****ed. Leveraged buyouts shouldn't be allowed by the Premier League.

Tarkowski's off to Everton, if the usual **** is to be believed.

Real Madrid have completed the signing of Aurelien Tchouameni from Monaco.
That means that they've now got both the oldest and youngest team simultaneously, basically! <laugh>

Modric, Kroos, Benzema, Marcelo and the like on the older end.
Camavinga, Rodrygo, Vinicius Junior and now Tchouameni on the other.
Decent balance and sensible squad building for the future.
