As a non-Cardiff fan, I'm not going to pass judgement on whether this will have any knock-on effects. I simply don't know enough about your financial situation or the potential of the Asian market to make an informed comment on that.
What I will say is that your owners have decided not to press ahead with this, despite having the ability to force this through if they were determined to. You've got to have a certain level of respect for that.
very reasonable comment there mate, miles better than some of the rubbish from non cardiff fans bandied about on here

thing is, we're losing £1m a month even when we're performing above expectations in the league, average over 20,000 crowd and havnt spent much on transfers and players this season. something is fundamentally wrong with this club for that to happen.
if we took the money all our debts would be wiped out, bigger stadium, new players etc, the caveat being that we play in red. or we risk the owners throwing in the towel (highly unlikely IMO) and more financial woes, but with the blue shirt. difficult choice that to be honest
