Anyone planning to go to Westminster Hall to pay respects? I'm out of the country until Saturday but considering going on Sunday. Worried the queues could be far too long however and I'd get an earful for leaving the other half with the kids...
My friend was passing Westminster Hall after a night out, during the Queen Mothers laying in state... He sort of implies about 12.30....and essentially just walked through. no more than an hour. I would suggest a middle of the night visit Col

She's flying into Northholt this evening then heading through west London. Maybe better to see her go past there than queue for 2 days.

The queue won't go away at night...
It lessens. So if you turn up at 3 am....you will probably get in.

Also you are to be given a wristband..and that will indicate when you can get in...and can go and get food and toilet facilities

Incredible scenes of people lining the A40 as the coffin passes by.
There are going to be some amazing crowds over the next few days.
Going passed all the places I drive on the way to Loftus Road.

Seeing the Spitfire on top of the Vanguard building...and Shepherds Bush Roundabout.
Brings it home as so real..
RIP...

My mum still lives in our old house near The Polish War Memorial, she said the road was chaos and a news crew just invaded her drive to take their photos.

My grandson went down to RAF Northolt with his other grandparents.

They were standing next to Penny Lancaster, who's on duty as a Special.
