I think it’s a pretty fragile improvement though, sadly.

I think thats a bit harsh. The performance on Saturday was the best in a long long time and for me it was a lot to do with getting the tactics right.
We played a very high press and exposed their back four. One of them was actually continually complaining about being given the ball.
We made it very uncomfortable for them even before Kolli came on.

Yeah. We need to play better consistently over several months to finish in a comfortable mid table position, which I think was our minimum collective expectation at the beginning of the season for a squad that actually had money spent on it, and was one of the form teams in the league for the latter part of last season.

I’m delighted that our form has picked up, I’m not convinced that it will continue (but will be ecstatic to be proved wrong), and I’m sick of regarding avoiding relegation as some kind of success.
