If found guilty, which the FA are confident they will be, then there will be a points deduction West Ham shound have had a point deduction and the precedent was set in the case afterwards and the subsequent ã20 million pay out to the Blunts The decision will be the day before apparently but still before and cheats, if guilty, knew the rules before the season started do being punished the day before is irrelevant A 15 point deduction could be the outcome and if so, then the lottery it will be
Probably not BUT this is - and isn't - about Rangers... ...it's about all clubs, teams, fans. What's happening to the Hoops now, could but for the grace of God, happen to anyone. There we were on a roll for the first time in ages, then all of a sudden some off the pitch incident we knew nothing about - and involving a player who's hardly as influencial as Tevez - sticks you back on your arse again. It's completely ruined a great time for us. The hopes and dreams of fans should not be abused by the imposition of points deductions. We've all got or will get, greasy owners from time to time. That's invariably a problem waiting to happen. Equally disastrous for us all is that in this age of financial instability and vastly inflated costs of players and wages, any club has the potential to go into administration. Do points deductions really help them to recover? I'm no Leeds supporter but like many others, rooted for them relentlessly when they had to start the season so far behind. It became a weekly passion to see them winning game after game and get back in contention. It wasn't about hypocrisy or misguided loyalties: it was about the overwhelming sense of injustice for the common fan (yeah, even Leeds fans - they're not all boneheads). Fact is, we have to face it, it's them one year, us the next. So said, so done. I cannot agree with points deductions for legal, regulatory or financial offences: these must be dealt with in such a way that only the offender(s) are punished - not their customers. Finally, I support this as a global thread, not because I happen to be an Rs fan but because it's about the shambolic redisregard for the interests of us poor mugs who loyally support our local teams playing football - only to find our dreams destroyed by business opportunists and bureaucrats: cynical is not the word.
I beieve that qpr should be worried, the papers dont make such a bold statement if there was nothing in it. and looking elsewhere other papers say the same, to say its just the sun or mirror is a cop out. it looks bad for qpr but hey they should not have cheated in the first place........
As they say, and maybe they should pay attention to their own words, " Next time..................actually put something in...that reinforces [their] story"!!!!!!! I knew you would not put out trash off your own bat!!! But, to repeat this rubbish, without thought, is still unusual for you Northolt???
I agree with him , there's nothing new in today's story, he's already backtracking on twitter. hidden agendas. Murdoch v Bernie.
To be honest I don't really care one way or the other. I don't really know what they have allegedly done wrong, so I'm not in any position to comment on it. What I would say is that I have always enjoyed trips down to QPR in the past, and would much rather see them in the Premiership than either Leeds or Cardiff.
LMAO, coming from somebody whose club have both the 2nd and 3rd worst points totals in 20 years of the Premier League (15 and 19 from 38 games wasn't it?). I also don't recall us shipping 7 in a game, as you've done twice in the past 3 years.
As for the question, I think a hefty fine is enough. Maybe ã3-5 million. They'll recoup it from promotion anyway.
NW was not even part of the club when all this happened so leave the guy alone what makes me laugh is why has it taken 2 years to get to this stage.
Not sure how they broke the rules actually. Did it in any way inhance their ability to win games? Would it of made any difference to their capability? Would what ever it was happened anyway?
what ****ing hull, where's your dean windyass now, wasn't it a northern that got you to the prem ****ing helmet
What the **** are you talking about? "wasn't it a northern" - What does that even mean? As for Dean Windass, I wouldn't take the piss when Sunderland's biggest legend is Kevin ****ing Phillips.
