I have read that Spurs/Arsenal/Everton have reservations as to the validity of the proposals, so not even all the big 6 names agree so it’s Liverpool and United as the main drivers.

my view is that Pool & United will push for this and if not accepted then will push for the others to leave the PL and set up a new European League.

If the funding of stadiums is true then you have the situation of rich clubs getting their new places paid for by the other clubs who can’t afford a new stadium for themselves!!!

It's to stop any takeover that would compromise the order at the top.
