Sacking Mowbray without any evidence they had a succession plan in mind.

Which is why we ended up with Beale, who was clearly the cheapest option and only seems to have opened his mouth to change feet, spending the first month playing exactly the same way that got his predecessor sacked.

Doing their best to burn out Bellingham. If it's because he has to play, then it's even worse.

And now we have the Pritchard situation.

It just feels like a series of poor decisions and situations created by them all of a sudden, so what's changed.

That's before we get to the off field stuff.
You've said a lot here but pretty much none of it is relevant.

Mowbray was deservedly sacked.

Say what you want about succession planning but if they feel like they got the right man then it doesn't really matter that it took 2 weeks.

Paying Mowbray off and employing a coach who would've been sitting on a pile of money he got from Rangers was not the cheap option, Dodds would've been the cheap option.

Jobe didn't look burnt out yesterday, he was just played in the correct position eventually. And was very good.

What is the Pritchard situation? Give me some facts please. Not rumours.

The off field stuff has no relevance, Speakman has no influence on off field operations so what on earth are you talking about?

TM needed to go after a couple of massive fallen outs at the club, that was the right decision

I was annoyed it took so long to get an appt in place and ive been clear i dont rate beale. However, if they believe he was the best candidate who are we to say he isnt. Time will tell if thats the right decision or not

Jobe's decision is the coaches decision so thats not on Speakman- other than theories that he has to play

Pritchard has refused to play, thats on him

Has the club got everythinh right, of course they haven't but you are not sticking up for the club because you hate the decision to appt Beale

You said yourself if he did it last season youd be raging. So pretty much you arent happy with the decision to appt beale (your 1st 2 points are about that) so you arent having a go at a player who has refused to play for us

You have never posted anything positive about the club so really not sure why im wasting my time.

I've posted plenty of positive things about the club man. Feel free to look back, because you obviously haven't. Don't be daft.

I wasn't arsed about Beale until it became clear that what everyone who jumped in early said would happen was happening.

If you have one issue over a couple of months, it's probably the other party. If you're having issues every couple of weeks, then maybe you want to look at how you're currently doing things.

What issues relevant to the Pritchard situation have happened? Please tell me.

Complete conjecture

Friday the club are telling us how much they love him.

Saturday he's refusing to play and it's being announced an hour before kick off.

Nothing to see here, obviously.

We dont have issues every couple of weeks tho, we have been on a bad run of results n performances- that happens in the championship

For me if any player refuses to play for the club then i will never be on their side. The club have done really well with looking after their players, like i messaged earlier on, so why change it now

I dont agree with everything the club does but i cant get my head around folk arguing that the club is to blame for a player not playing. He has a contrwct with us, so for me he should be honouring that while we pay his wages. He hasnt let down speakman by refusing to play, hes let us n his teammates down

Nah not really, football is an ever changing world. Things change minute by minute. Once again I ask since you are obsessed with the 'last six weeks', what are the issues over the last six weeks that are relevant to the pritchard situation?

Surely you arent happy that a player has refused to play for the club you support?

I'm not, but I want to know why.

If it's because Pritchard has been an arse, I want to know.

If it's because the club has treated him in a manner that made him feel like he had no choice but to take the action he took, I want to know. In fact I want to know that more, because that affects our future.

Thats fair

We will never find out, itll be he said she said. If it starts happening to more players i would say theres something wrong at the club. If its a 1 off then its on pritchard imo

It's none of our business and no reason for the club to have to explain contracts, offers and wages.

No matter what's happened Pritchard has refused to honour a contract between him and his employer, indirectly us.

The club never said they wouldn't pay his wages whether he played or not.

His behaviour is a disgrace ...

... let's not excuse his behaviour because that nasty Mr Speakman put him to bed without a story.
