Hi all. I'm feeling massively confident about storming this league and finishing top and I'll by my earlier prediction with 91 points ;). I think in this league we have by far the best squad on paper and when other teams seem to fade away past the hour mark we seem to keep plugging away and letting or quality shine through, similar to other premier league teams did to us last season.

Top 3:

Hull 91 points
Burnley 86 points
Boro 85 points
 
I can't imagine us really getting rid of anyone tbh. Unless a crazy offer comes in of course, we're in no real need to sell and we are looking to go straight back up which will be made a lot harder by letting anyone move on

Last few seasons you've needed 78, 72, 68 points to make the play offs..

If we don't go automatically, ill be happy with a play off spot

So reckon we need about another 40 odd points , that's easy to achieve with this squad

I wont with this squad
Only key injuries would see us end up in the play offs and the transfer window
 
Are the other 4 teams boards having the same discussion? We've got a 5 team mini league going on now! Let's hope we're one of the 2 to get automatics?

Unfortunately the old buy out clause will rear its head again, if someone matches the buy out we have no power when it comes to them leaving, it will all then be down to the player, is it a good move? Do I stay and hopefully get promoted ? What wage is being offered, and with 3 or 4 of the squad, I've only got 4 months left on my contract, will I get another one?

I really think this is blown out of all proportion. We only lost two players last window and we got good fees for them.

We actually lost nineteen players last window, three we got good fees for, two we got fairly poor fees for, eight we released for nothing and six were kids who never got to play for us.
