FFS give him a break. I know it's all the rage to piss on mods and there's talk of a revolution, but you can't expect him to be on 24/7. There is another mod you know.
well my vote was gonna go to OLM but as he is a Done Deal im gonna base my vote on canvassing and it can only be Brady , he is the only one lifting up his skirt n showing his man flower - and is a box of frog on lucozade

If the voting procedure is the same as the only other democratic vote for a Moderator on here OLM will only be the true winner when he receives more than 50% of the vote. Hence, as occurred last time, a run-off poll may be required to get him across the line!

This poll is solely to ascertain the order in which nominees enter the ring in the Linnet Car Park Royal Rumble. It bears no relevance to the actual final result.

There's been a popular uprising against Dutch. Ricardo has been gone a while now, and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't mind to find himself relieved of Mod Duty. Wierdly you're the most popular mod atm. We have a chance to right some wrongs, and put things to the test and then to rest, but as it appears quite obvious that Dutch would NOT get elected in a 3 way selection, despite many requests from across the board, he gets to stay put and carry on causing more problems on this forum than anyone else.
I saw your post in the other thread and I disagree. We had the opportunity to relect all our mods, and to remove the one barely anyone likes.
So, my point was, calling the Allams over their manipulation of a poll to get the result they wanted is slightly ironic given this one poll was only ever going to have 1 result, i.e. OLM will get back in. It's just silly. It was never worth throwing other names in to just make up the numbers and create an illusion of choice. Why pretend otherwise? I don't mind OLM as a mod, but, the majority here (using the CTWD definition of that word) would like a poll to choose ALL our mods. We're denied that choice though by 1 or 2 people.
The Allams get slated for not listening to the "majority" of the fans, and that is being done exactly the same here, by the same people who slate the Allams. We just need a statement that noone tells the mods how to run this forum and we're almost there, oh add in a "you can leave when you want to" and we're done. You honestly couldn't make this up.
I've no idea who deleted the latest thread that made Dutch look like a fool, but people are not going to forget it. Every single time he does what he did in that thread, more and more people see him for what he is, and want rid. Seems it's quite hard to get rid of someone you think is rubbish at what they do, and you think are ruining an otherwise splendid thing.
The thread deleted was mainly moderated by someone else, not me. It was discussing events from 18 months ago, that were discussed at the time.
The popular uprising seems to be 2/3 of you disrupting thread after thread. If I was what you claim, you'd hardly have been allowed to do that for the 2 or 3 years you have.
People are bored of it.

The only complaint in there which makes sense is that you feel an existing mod should be replaced. All I'm saying about that is that's a separate issue and any support for it needs to be quantified elsewhere, probably with a separate poll. But we really need that extra mod on board before we can look at changing anything else. Dutch is more or less on his own at the moment as I'm on holiday and only have access on my phone. As I said on the other thread though, it has been done before and the board voted to keep Dutch.

Nothing against them either BUT I had hoped for a more neutral mod such as Charlie1
It is rather ****ty when mods call board members ****s twats and tell them to f**k off for having a different view to them . Being a mod should make them a bit more neutral to ALL members views in my opinion which counts for nothing I know.
Maybe all mods should have had to stand for re election then it would have been sorted and no one could complain IF DMD or PLT got voted back in .

After the poll PLT can there be a sensible (yes I know that word is not usual on many threads) debate on the length of a mod's term of election - as with new people joining at a rate of ... (you probably have the exact numbers who have joined this year) it would seem more democratic to allow them a say every so often. I know ideally you don't want too many votes especially coming up to a new season,
