I just read the BBC article.

It includes

The presentation document, aimed at selling a stake in Rangers, highlights plans for the club to be financially sustainable by the end of season 2015-2016 through restructuring the business in a strategic three-year plan.

The paper also mentions "the significant revenue opportunity" that would come with the club being back at the top of Scottish football, and points towards potential revenue streams that would follow from competing in the Champions League.

I don't really talk about fitbaw on here cos you can't have a discussion without it turning in to tit for tat which I can't be arsed with.

To be fair to rangers, despite having no money they have signed more players than Celtic this summer and probably for more wages. I'm not saying spend what we don't have. Just back the new manager with a wee bit of that we do have

The difference is rangers spent what they didn't have which ****ed them. We on the other hand will not spend what we do have.
 
Turns out people who worried about Peter Lawell having too much influence were right. I cannot believe he was allowed to submit Legia's squad list to UEFA <whistle>
