Mad as a bag of badgers but if he's gone back, calmed himself down, maybe done a man management course then he could be a cracking manager.
He had all of the right ideas about tactics, training, diets, taking power from complacent players, so on and so forth but the way he implemented these ideas was nothing short of idiotic.
