Ipswich seem to have a bit of a thing for former City players; Townsend, Greaves, Philogene and Delap.

Until the end of last season they also had Sone Aluko playing for them.

Saw that the other day, I couldn't believe Aluko was there as recently as last season. Also Reading paid huge money for him fron Fulham which apparently contributed to their financial problems. Something like £7m. Surely his peak was with us and he left us on a free.

Saw a stalwart of our 'Great Escape' season, John Schofield, and the man whose benching started an infamous dossier, Paul Musselwhite: JS is number 2 at Scunny and Mussy goalkeeping coach, they both looked really well. I did get a pic of them both but it's too big to upload to site.

Blimey
How big is musselwhite these days?

A 3-2 win for them, but the natives on Iron Bru still aren't happy, such is football. :emoticon-0138-think

It was a waste of time Philogene putting a shirt on...Anonymous....Also Andy Robertson, hardly touched the ball. Bet he's not far from leaving Liverpool. Give him another season, max. Perhaps a return to CITY!!???

It was an OK game for the neutral, not so good for the die hards, 80 minutes in and 3-1 up they're strolling it - concede a really slack goal and the last 10 minutes + the 7 added minutes made it a touch nervy!

I see Twine got another direct FK goal. No idea why he struggled with them so much for us.

Typical city fans digging Twine out before he'd settled.

Quality player.

Would probably have got playoffs if we'd supported the lad, kept some continuity and not bombed him out for Zaroury.

Would have been cheaper too.
