I actually remembered Pancake day yesterday for the first time in ages. I made two different sorts Smoked Salmon with a Citrus Cream Cheese and Feta, Rocket, Thyme, Pistachios and Honey. You can take the boy from Hessle Road but you can't take the Hessle Road out of the boy!

I had 5. 3 with the required lemon juice and sugar. One covered to hell with maple syrup. Another one stuffed with peanut butter. Loved it. Steak and onions before. I was well stuffed.
